Kenyan fighter jets continue to bomb Al-Shabaab targets in Somalia in renewed effort to wipe out the jihadist group.
On Saturday 5th March 2016, KDF warplanes were bombarding Al-Shabaab camps in Sidimo village in Gedo region, southern Somalia.
Sunday 6th March 2015, Bombardments continues with latest reports saying KDF military jets have pounded three Al-Shabaab bases near the militant held town of Jilib in Somalia’s southern middle Jubba region
The KDF warplanes struck bases in Hargeisa Yarey, vicinity near Jilib town which has been under the reign of the Al Qaeda affiliated jihadist group, Al-Shabaab for several years. Heavy militants casualty were reported.
Separately Unidentified warplanes bombed a training camp held by al-Qaeda-linked Al Shabaab in Hiiraan region of central Somalia.
The aerial offensives targeted a militant training camp in El Dibi area near Bulo-Burde town, destroying completely the Al Shabaab training camp
The Kenyan troops in Somalia are mainly using airpower to attack Al-Shabaab positions in renewed efforts to destroy Al-Shabaab camps within their assigned sector 2 by AMISOM.

Well done KDF they asked for it. In the past KDF treated Alshabaab as human beings. But we have learned that these are criminals and murders.
