A severed head with Arabic writings and surrounded by ISIS black flags was recovered from a fence at the Air Products Factory in France.
The severed head has been identified as belonging to a businessman from Rhone. Investigations show that he may have been kidnapped and killed before his head was put up on the wire fence.
Two attackers in a car deliberately drove a car into the factory causing an explosion when they crashed into gas cylinders. The explosion injured two people in the factory and caused panic at the factory.
Following the blast and beheading several suspects have been arrested among them 35-year-old Yassin Salhi. Salhi had been on the terror watch list as being radicalized in 2006 for two years before he was dropped due to his lack of a criminal record.
French President Francois Hollande condemned the attack terming it senseless and vehemently asserted France’s stand of not giving into fear being spread by the terrorists.
