Kenya Defence Forces 50th Air Cavalry Battalion and the Special Forces have conducted an operation Targeting an Al Shabaab camp full in Balad Hawa, Somalia.
Mohamed Kuno Aka Gamadheere Al-Shabaab’s Lower Juba Commander was believed to be in the camp. The operation included aerial airstrikes and a ground assault.
Special forces struck from armoured Humvees conducted ground attacks.
Balad Hawa is believed t be housing a new terrorists forward base.
BDA reports show the forward base houses a large number of Al Shabaab militias who could have died in the operation.

@Martin if you mean internal security, then you’re wrong. The terror crisis that has befallen Kenya is beyond our borders, Kenyan security agents have an obligation to uproot the chief cause from wherever it is rooted. Most Kenyans rarely understand the significance of this, sadly 🙁
