15 al Shabaab militants were on 7th January reported killed in fierce gun fight that ensued between Interim South West Somalia State Forces and a group of al Shabaab militants that attacked government forces base in Goof Gaduud location.
The overnight fight started on January 6th night when al Shabaab militants raided a government forces base located 30km north of Baidoa. ISWA forces have confirmed the death of 15 militants whose bodies are reported to have remained at the base for identification.
The government forces in Baidoa have in the past averted would-be tragic attacks by the militants indicating their improved capabilities both in intelligence gathering, execution and combat operations.
Shabaab should be wiped away,,until there is no more roots
