Three Gunmen Arrested, One Gunned Down After Shootout in Eastleigh Section 3 (Biafra)

On Thursday 11th August 2016 morning police gunned down and arrested another three gunmen after a shootout in Eastleigh’s section 3 (Biafra) area.

According to police, the gunmen are part of a gang behind a series of robberies targeting M-Pesa outlets and Matatus in Eastleigh.

Police report further indicates that the other gunmen were arrested by police at a clinic in Eastleigh where one was seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.

Starehe CID boss Kiberenge Seroney confirmed about the incident saying police have been after the gang members terrorizing M-Pesa businesses as well as Matatus.
