Nigerian Troops Kill Several Boko Haram Terrorists at Borno College of Business, Recover Weapons

Nigerian troops Wednesday 15/3/2017 engaged Boko Haram terrorists as they attempted to attack at Borno State College of Business Studies (BOCCOS) along Bama-Ngurosoye road, Borno State.

Nigerian army troops drawn from 151 Task Force Battalion on operation dubbed LAFIYA DOLE ambushed some Boko Haram terrorists who were on a mission to attack a college killing several of them.

The troops recovered a number of AK 47 rifles, 60 rounds of 7.62mm (Special) ammunition, 3 AK-56 Rifle Magazines, 1 Boko Haram terrorists flag, 5 SIM Cards and 5 Bicycles.

Army spokesman, Sani Usman, hailed the alertness of the troops who carried out the operation.

Separately, troops of 112 Task Force Battalion, 22 Task Force Brigade yesterday carried out a major offensive on hideouts of Boko Haram terrorists and freed hostages in several areas of Borno State.
