Ethiopian Forces Attacked in Baidoa by Al-Shabaab

At least three dead and an unconfirmed number wounded in a fierce fighting between Somali soldiers along with Ethiopian troops and Al-shabab fighters near Baidoa town.

Al-Shabaab fighters launched an ambush on the Ethiopian/SNA soldiers early on Wednesday, intelligence reports confirm.

Al-Shabaab attacked a convoy carrying Somali and Ethiopian troops in Goof-Gaduud near Baidoa early Wednesday.

TFG Confirmed the attack claiming they repulsed the militants and killed at least three of them.

The central and Southern areas of Somalia are largely controlled by the militants.
