Car Bomb Hits Restaurant near Immigration HQs, Kills 4 & Injures 10 in Mogadishu

At least four have perished and 10 injured in a car bomb that hit a popular restaurant near immigration HQs in Somali’s capital Mogadishu.

Corresponding reports from witnesses indicate that the car bomb hit a coffee joint (Coffee Italia) along Maka al Mukarama road near the Immigration Headquarters.

The bomb ripped through popular joint frequented by government officers and security forces and smoke could be seen from a distance coming from the scene.

No group has claimed credit for the attack, however, the Islamists Al-Shabaab terrorists often carries out such car bomb attacks in Mogadishu.
