Britain to Train UPDF Peacekeepers

Uganda armed forces will get training from British experts intelligence sources confirmed.

A unit of 27 British military experts landed in Uganda and proceeded to the Singo Military Training School where they will offer counter-terrorism and peace keeping lessons to some units of the UPDF.

The UPDF units being trained will take lessons on counter-terrorism and peacekeeping, skills that they will use in fighting the Al-Shabaab.
