I have seldom read such a partisan and inaccurate load of drivel. The facts are not yet clear about what happened so I am puzzled to why your “journalist” takes the view that the operation was botched. A US special forces operation to rescue Linda Norgrove, a British air worker kidnapped in Afghanistan, further highlighted the perils when Navy SEALs accidentally killed her. Though the hostage takers were killed, Ms Norgrove died when her would-be rescuers threw a grenade.
