Intelligence on South Sudan army show that SPLA is building up troops again readying themselves for another attack on Sudan.
Mac Paul, deputy director of South Sudan’s military intelligence, has confirmed the intelligence, reporting that Sudan attacked villages near South Kordofan and Bentiu states besides targeting Southern Sudan oil fields.
This new war plan comes barely days after South Sudan army SPLA withdrew from Heglig, an oil town they had seized from Sudanese army.
