30 ‘Daesh Terrorists Killed, 143 Hideouts Hit in Northern Syria

At least 30 Daesh terrorists were killed in the last 24 hours in northern Syria as part of the ongoing Operation Euphrates Shield.

According to Turkish General Staff, 143 targets were hit including their shelters, headquarters, defense positions and several of their technicals mounted with guns.

The Free Syrian Army (FSA) were supported by the Turkish army on the ground and Turkish air support that raided 51 buildings used by the militants as hideouts.

Operation Euphrates Shield began in late August 2016 with an aim to improve security, support coalition forces and eliminate the terror threat along the Turkish border using FSA fighters backed by Turkish artillery and jets.
